Had such an amazing experience Kaeli was so sweet. She gave me so many great suggestions on the menu. This is my second time here so love that she really knew the menu.
Great first time experience and with a great server like Jose, we couldn't ask for more. Cold brew coffee was really good to start off. Cinnamon roll French toast came with fruit on top which made it better. My friend had chicken and waffles and said it was real good. Everything came out fast.
Our first time at Another Broken Egg Cafe — and wow, everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was even better. If you stop by, ask for George — he was our waiter and absolutely on top of everything. Excellent service from start to finish. He won’t disappoint! 👏

Passed by this place several times and finally stopped by. From the beginning a warm welcoming and seated right away and meet our server Mya and let me say she was VERY attentive, courteous, explained the menu and made recommendations. Was very impressed over all and will visit again.
Me and my boyfriend decided to stop by for some breakfast and just wow! The food the service the atmosphere, everything was so wonderful. Jose was our server today, and they were *awesome*, they recommended things that aligned with what we liked, made sure we had everything we needed, was very open to questions we had, and overall was just a pleasure to chat with. I hope to see them again in the future!
The service was wonderful. Monica was our server and she was very helpful with describing the menu to us and very welcoming. Amazing food and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back again!
What a great visit. Mya our server was amazing!!! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our visit was top notch. The food was outstanding. Eggs cooked to perfection, over easy were perfect, scrambled were great and all the other food was tasty, hot and delicious. If you’re looking for a great meal and better service come here. All I have to say is wow! This is probably the best breakfast spot I found here in Edinburgh, Texas in the last three years. Upon entry, you agreed by the hostesses, seated immediately, it was pretty crowded and there already but we did get a seat of our choice. As you can see from some of my pics and video, it was well maintained, great atmosphere, bright, and filled with smile, smiles. I ordered an omelette with sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, potatoes, and a side of fruit which was cooked to perfection, flavorful and portioned very well. Also ordered the chorizo omelette with avocado, that was super delicious especially when I put it on the English muffin. It was so savory. The coffee was on point and the water with lemon. It was so refreshing. Our server KYA was amazing, gave us great recommend recommendations and was very attentive. Definitely recommend the broken egg café. Oh yeah, the bathrooms were super cute and very clean. If this review was helpful, please give me a thumbs up or follow for upcoming reviews.
This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Our Server Isabel did a great job at helping us navigate the menu. She was very attentive and even helped me find vegetarian options in the menu despite me not finding any at first. Loved this place and will definitely be returning in the future.
